This project was an interesting one! This client had an Air BNB unit on the upper floor and was living downstairs. They wanted to use Window AC units rather than traditional because of the price but did not want to install it in a window for esthetic reasons and to leave the windows functional. So, we decided to install it through the walls. The process involved cutting the holes through the walls, installing the units, sealing up around it so there is no air or water going through. After that I built small roofs to protect the units from the elemnts. I matched everything to the existing roof so it doesn't look like an after thought. They were very happy with the result and that always makes me feel good!
