This project was done in a basement that is now enjoyed as a TV lounging area. The client really didn't like the popcorn ceiling and was very ready to not look at it anymore. I, of course was happy to help. We chose to cover it up rather than scrape becuase a sample the client sent out showed some hazardous materials in the popcorn.
